We believe our mud flaps and other products should live up to your highest expectations. And our service must be held to an equally high standard. We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your order. But if there’s any reason you’re not, simply return the product you ordered for a replacement, exchange, or prompt refund at our discretion. All refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Missing a Piece?

Missing a fastener or another piece (This has only happened once – sorry Dave!) No problem, just email us here and we’ll get it in the mail right away at no cost to you!


Basically, you have 30 days to inform us of your intent to return an unsatisfactory product and a further 7 days to actually put it in the mail!  See legal-ese below….

In the event that you do choose to return a product you will have 30 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) acquires, physical possession of the goods to inform us of your intent to return the product. Products must be in original condition, with all tags attached, and must be returned in the original undamaged box and/or packaging. In order to notify us of your intent to return the product, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement concerning your choice to return the product within 30 days. In order to inform us of your intent you need only email us at inquiries@timberwoodoffroad.com You must send back the goods as quickly as possible and in any event not later than 7 days from the expiry of the 30 day return period. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 37 days following your acquisition of the item has expired. The cost of return shipping shall be paid by the purchaser of the goods. If you return the product, we shall reimburse you in respect of all payments received from you, including the costs of outbound delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than standard delivery offered by us). We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, at our discretion.

Exceptions from the return policy

Personalized items: Returns are not permitted for products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

Altered or modified items: Returns are not permitted for items which have been altered or modified by the purchaser.

Items purchased on a third party website (eBay, Amazon): The policy and contractual obligations of these websites shall supercede any policy or contract recounted here.

We reserve the right to review and/or reject all orders. Should we have any questions about your order, we will contact you before the order is processed.

We reserve the right to limit purchase quantities to common retail quantities.
